Starting out
Imagine a towering, splendid castle. Each turn you make through it is a surprise. There are so many rooms that you could explore all day without seeing the same thing twice. Now, imagine that castle is the world within you. As a child, it was exciting to run around the halls, to crawl through the secret passageways, to spend the day pretending to be a wonderful cook in the kitchen or a professor of magic in the grand library. But as time went on, people expected you to sit politely in the dining hall or to make conversation in the drawing room. You began to lock doors. Those rooms eventually became dusty and forgotten. One day, you looked around and realised that your life in the castle was reduced to a few rooms. Where has the splendid castle gone? Luckily, those forgotten rooms have not disappeared, even if it has been some time since you last visited them. You still hold the key. If you are ready and willing, you have the power to unlock those doors and rediscover your whole self.

My understanding is that extroverts are outgoing and energetic people who enjoy socialising with others. lntroverts are quiet and contemplative people who prefer to spend much of their time alone, or with small groups of close friends. Extroverts make quick, rash decisions, while introverts are more likely to think things through.
contemplative
adj.
